INTRODUCTION • Flux Interactive Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates linkrr.store (the “Service”), a platform that lets creators monetise content via personalised storefront links. • We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with Australian law, Meta/Instagram Business requirements, and Stripe Connect rules. • By using linkrr.store you consent to the practices described below. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT • Account details – name, email, username, password. • Profile & content – profile photo, biography, links, media you upload. • Payments – card details, billing address, payout data (handled by Stripe Connect; creators act as sub-merchants). • Device & usage – IP address, browser, OS, pages visited, clicks, referrer, timestamps. • Cookies & trackers – first-party cookies, local storage, Meta Pixel, and related technologies. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION • Provide and operate the Service, authenticate log-ins, and process payments/payouts. • Personalise storefronts, content, and advertising. • Send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account alerts) and respond to support tickets. • Analyse usage, run A/B tests, and improve features and performance. • Detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. 4. GARMIN ACTIVITY DATA • If you choose to connect your Garmin account, we collect and use your activity data (including runs, distances, durations, timestamps, and location/map data) to display your activities on your link-in-bio storefront. • Your activity data is displayed publicly on your storefront page for visitors to view. • We access your Garmin activity data through Garmin’s API using OAuth authentication that you authorize. • You can disconnect your Garmin account or remove activity data from your storefront at any time through your account settings. • We do not share your Garmin activity data with third parties except as necessary to display it on your storefront (e.g., to visitors viewing your page). • For more information about Garmin’s data practices, see Garmin’s privacy policy. 7. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES • We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tools to remember preferences, measure traffic, analyse behaviour, and serve ads. • You can manage cookies via your browser or our cookie banner; disabling them may limit functionality. 8. DATA RETENTION • We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. • When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised. 9.
